Keysight / Agilent 1661ES Overview

 The Agilent 1661ES adds an integrated oscilloscope to the 1660E product. Some of the tougher hardware problems can be found only with the digital triggering capabilities of a logic analyzer and can only be solved with the analog resolution of an oscilloscope.
